How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile tab, tap Settings, then select "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data including videos, scores, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.
How does trick grading work?
When you submit a trick video, it goes to our review team. Submissions are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a push notification when your submission is approved or if we need you to resubmit.
How do I submit a trick?
Navigate to the Tricks tab, select the trick you want to attempt (it must be unlocked), and tap "Submit." You can either film a new video or select one from your camera roll. Make sure the trick is clearly visible in the video.
How do schools work?
Set your school in your profile settings. Your points contribute to your school's total on the School Leaderboard. You can change your school at any time, but your points move with you.
How does the rank system work?
There are 5 ranks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, plus a seasonal Champion title. To rank up, you need to earn enough points AND pass the gate trick for the next rank. Points come from completing tricks, daily challenges, and rallies.
What is SackRanking Pro?
Pro ($10/month) gives you 3 rally submissions per day instead of 1, with all scores stacking. There is no other competitive advantage -- tricks, challenges, and streaks work the same for everyone.
